Don't know whats the best option but make sure you get something with atleast an i7-3610QM CPU and 16GB RAM as the base specs. For that kind of useage you probably want something with dual HDDs - one a decent sized SSD and the other a decent sized mechanical HDD for mass storage.
Get a HP Elitebook or a Dell M4700/M6700. Max everything out, except for the Blu-Ray drive and the SSD (you can add this yourself, Dell wants £400 for a Blu-Ray writer ). By the way, adding 3920XM might not be worth it for a small performance gain. Invest more money in to SSDs instead.
For video editing I highly reccomend the razer blade, a lot of youtubers use it to edit, and its very powerful in general, It is like £2,000 atm though.
Just google razerzone blade.
does it have to be a laptop ?.........................a decent pc would be far better for video editing even an i-7 laptop wont cope at all well with after effects etc
