Hey, been contemplating buying a laptop for some light gaming and general use.
I started off with the y510p but it's a bit more than I wanted to pay, looking around the £700 mark.
So far I'm leaning towards the CX61 2OD-275UK, which uses the 740m. Is that overkill for what i'm after? Not even sure that I need to spend that much.
Basically my question is, is there anything better for the price than the CX61 2OD-275UK? i7 4702MQ, 8GB RAM, 740m for £699? Ideally I'd like to spend less. Something perhaps with an i5 and dedicated GPU or equivilent AMD for £500? If that's even possible.
