Hey guys. Got a little problem with my lenovo y70 touch laptop. Yesterday it started freezing randomly. I was watching a youtube video when it froze for a minute and then resumed working as if nothing happened. Couple minutes later the same thing happened again while playing left4dead. It happened a few times after that as well. To me this looks like an SSD problem. Couple of months back I bought a sandisk ultra II 960GB SSD and it's been working fine. I checked the event monitor and found a lot of errors Event ID 7 The device, \Device\Harddisk0\DR0, has a bad block and some other errors like 129, 508, 533 and also Event ID 37 The speed of processor 1 in group 0 is being limited by system firmware. The processor has been in this reduced performance state for 71 seconds since the last report. which could explain the freeze but I'm not sure that has anything to do with my problem as I looked on google and apparently that's got something to do with intel speedstep. I tried running CrystalDiskInfo and check disk but none of those shown any faults with the ssd. I also did run a memtest to rule out any RAM problems. Anyone got any ideas what could be the problem here?

just to add some more info, I just checked the event viewer and the events id 7 and 129 only started yesterday when the freezing started and haven't had any of those errors before that and also I think we can rule out the event id 37 as I've just chcecked the event viewer and I've been having those for some time now without any freezing or anything like that. So it probably is a faulty ssd.
