Laptop from ocuk?

Ok, so dissappointed I couldn't get an HP Touchpad for my wife as a leaving present (We'll be apart whilst waiting for my immigration to be sorted out), and I'd like to get her something of her own that she can browse the web with and such like.

Anything on a budget that can do everything the HP Touchpad can do (Within reason), and possibly has Windows 7? (I'd like to use Skype/MSN to see her).

So it will need a reasonable camera I suspect, and better than 2GB, 3GB as a minimum. Oh and will have to be able to use it in the states.

Whats the max budget? Although for what you want pretty much any laptop with a video camera should be sufficient.

£200 but less is better. A tablet would be ok, but I would like it to be able to run flash if possible, but not mandatory.

Went looking at tablets today. Wife wasn't interested in the laptops (bad experience). Pricey! d'oh. Thinking about getting one instead of a lappy though.
