hi all:)

anyone know if its possible to upgrade a latops gpu got a toshiba l650 19w currently has intel hd graphics

Looks like its an intel GMA graphics so the answer is most definately NOPE! :(

Only top end laptops have changable graphics chips usually, and even then its hit and miss as to getting them to work.
 
If the chassis can accommodate it you can. I have the Satellite Pro L650-1CJ which has an AMD Mobility Radeon 5650 1GB. So it's basically the same machine with that. If you can get one of those cards I'd imagine its possible although I wouldn't swear to it.
