current laptop I am using right now has 9600M GT which are decent graphics processor, thing is me mate recently had his laptop well, broken (the thing is snapped!), he had a couple of spares I might be able to use with this, for reasonable performance boost, one of them is Mobility Radeon HD4650 1GB GDDR3 MXM-II card, this laptop has MXM-II interface so could one swap the 9600 for the 4650 without trouble? his laptop was a Toshiba laptop, thought it should be mentioned in-case laptop cards are somehow made work with specific systems. his card still works, tested in his dads work laptop (which happens to be Toshiba as well!). :confused:
 
So you want to know whether it will work or not? You'll just have to give it a try, thats the only way of knowing for sure.
 
with regards to that site above? why can one purchase MXM connectors, you can't surely change your connector can you? :confused:
