laptop graphics

I currently have a 8600m gt, looking to get a new laptop what graphics card should i be looking for.

but confused with 9600 i know will be bit better but what about 105m? 210m? which is better how do they compare etc?

Bare in mind the memory as well there are a lot of DDR2 9600s in laptops. I think it compares with a 4670 (?).

hmm this is very confusing, looking for something that will play the like of L4d and L4D II
