My friend asked for some help in choosing a laptop, i have a limited knowledge of computer parts but have never purchased a laptop before. I had a look and am considering the Acer Aspire 5750

It is primarily just for work etc but also for some non intensive gaming (more along the lines of the sims 3 rather then crysis!). Does this look alright or isthere are any better options you guys could recommend? (budget of around £400)

Sorry im not sure if im allowed to link to as its a competitor.

nope but a quick google of it shows it

oh and this is actually pretty good value

i wouldn't buy an acer but if i had to and only had £400 then i would buy this + £50 for the three year warranty.
