Got a laptop that wont get itself into windows, all it does is come up with a black screen and the mouse pointer.
Its got OEM Vista basic on it but doesn't have the disc or a restore disc.
It does have the serial on the bottom.
I think the only thing i can do is a clean sweep with it, but i can't can i?
