LAPTOP HELP!

Just wondered if the below machine will run the sims and something like Terraria and similar? I mainly want it for programming a PI etc but this will be a huge bonus.

looking at this laptop I know it hasn't got huge potential for gaming but I only want it to run the SIMS and Terraria!

The sims-

REQUIRED: Internet connection required for product activation.

PROCESSOR: Intel core i5 or faster, AMD Athlon X4.
MEMORY: 4GB RAM.
HARD DRIVE: At least 9 GB of free space with at least 1 GB additional space for custom content and saved games.

Terraria-

OS: Windows Xp, Vista, 7, 8/8.1, 10.
Processor: 2.0 Ghz.
Memory: 2.5GB.
Hard Disk Space: 200MB.
Video Card: 128mb Video Memory, capable of Shader Model 2.0+
DirectX®: 9.0c or Greater.

It looks like it should have no problems running Terreria or games that require similar specs, so go for it if that's what you need. It might even run more demanding games with the graphics settings turned down.
