laptop Intel WiFi card

WiFi on my laptop is well ****, want to upgrade the card, heard Intel are basically the most reliable.
But there's so many. Which one do I need? And one with 5g support.

a no named piece of ****

just took the back of its actually an intel in there, not sure if its bust or what, don't get any 5g networks showing only 2g, and it drops out, sometimes every few minutes, and Bluetooth has issues.
looks like the empty slot could take a full size card.
maybe an 8260 would be good? or something else.
