Hello clever computer people,
I have a rather strange issue at the moment. To put it simple, when I use Firefox (which has been my default browser for over a year and have had no such problems before), after a couple of minutes, regardless of what I am doing, it crashes, freezes the entire computer, even the hardrive seems to give up, and eventually the screen goes black; leaving me no choice but to hard reset.
However, when I tried using IE this problem does not exist!
When I checked the admin logs, all I could find was this error every time it happens: "Unable to initialize the security package Kerberos for server side authentication". I don't like this error, because microsoft says I can ignore it. Hmmm.
This problem started when I foolishly forced shut down my computer when it was installing updates, and I thought it had frozen (as in it had been installing a certain update for over 20 minutes). So obviously, since this error, I have uninstalled all recently installed updates, and then reinstalled.
Finally, I was really annoyed to find out I couldn't system restore because it was disabled.
Right I'm done now! If you have any ideas, please let me know, because Firefox is my friend.
Thank you
