Afternoon people,
Got a wee bit of a problem with a laptop here. It boots up fine to the logon screen, but when i go to log on it just hangs and doesn't bring up the desktop. ive left it for half an hour before and nothing happened.
Not sure exactly what's wrong with it. The virus scanner says it's disabled..but in the menu it's all ENABLED.
Any ideas, it's got me baffled.
It's a Dell Inspiron Laptop (cant see model details as its been worn out).
