Laptop Keyboards

So my girlfriend's laptop (HP g72-130SA) has a few keys not responding, 5 and 6 and a few function keys above. Its been suggested that a keyboard replacement would fix this. So my question is where to buy this and do other laptop keyboards work with the laptop or does it have to be specific to the laptop. Its a full keyboard with number pad btw.
Also if it could be something else (driver etc..) let me know!

I had an HP laptop where the overheating caused the plastic connector to not respond as it had melted I think. Is it still under warranty then get HP to replace it otherwise you will void it, if not then eBay as said above.

Not sure about any driver issue that could be a problem. Could try removing the keys to ensure no crap has fallen into it to stop it responding etc.
