Laptop LCD Broke

Ive got a Sony Vaio VGN-N11S/W which has a cracked screen on it. Looking at getting it replaced but dont know where to buy the screen from and whether to pay someone else to do it or do it myself ( never installed LCD screen b4)

I fiddled around with the laptop earlier but I have no idea on how to remove the LCD screen. What to do now?

Yeh ive took them off, so just unscrew that and the whole LCD screen comes out?

Also it says it doesnt come with a bracket, will my current bracket be sufficient?
Also says it doesnt come with an invertor, I presume I already have this..
