Hi there,
I have a HP Pavilion DV6 that's a few years old now and I would like to upgrade the memory.
Currently has one stick of Samsung OEM ram which you can't buy off the shelf.
Samsung DDR3 SDRAM PC3-10600 4GB SO-DIMM Timings are 9-9-9.
I was just going to buy a 4gb stick of Corsair which matches the speed exactly, I don't know if it single or double sided chips (advertised as iMac memory).
I can't see any issues, but I have heard of Windows 7 being a bit picky, but with it being such a close match I thought it would be fine but wanted to check first.
