Laptop memory

Im thinking of putting 8gb of memory in my laptopmsi cr640,currently has 4gb,looking at the manufactures spec it says ddr1333,can i put ddr3 1600 in

If you fit 1600mhz, your lappy will most likely lower it down to 1333mhz.
So pointless spending the extra cash.

I'm just using the stuff below, as my Acer lappy bios is basic & offer no options to change memory timings.
