Laptop/Netbook £300

Hey, my cousin is wanting a laptop/netbook and has £300 to spend. I know that you cant really get anything decent for that price but what would you guys reccomend.
She will use it for surfing, wordprocessing and music. Built in webcam would be a bonus. Thanks in advance.

Nova-tech do some great budget laptops, have a look at the Explora E16, the V13 and the V14 which are all under £300 without an OS (use Linux) and decent enough specs.
