Laptop - Pc wireless Noob Question

Hi people,

My girlfriend is buying this laptop....

# Biometrics - Fingerprint Reader
# 2.3KG
# Windows XP Professional

And they have a PC which recieves broadband from Telewest.
So i was wondering what she will need to add to the pc so she can get on the internet wirelessly on her laptop.
