How many of you are using the Notebook Hardware Control Software?

If you're looking to eek out even more battery life from a laptop then I'd highly recommend this. Sits in the system tray and only uses around 5MB of memory.
I've just disabled the Dynamic Switching CPU speed so my 1.73GHz Pentium M is running at 800Mhz all the time.
Still feels pretty nippy. Mind you, all I ever do on it is uni work and browse the web wirelessly.
Always found that going on websites with a few Flash banners would spike up the CPU Clock speed and Voltage to 100% for a few seconds. This no longer happens with no detriment to speed.
Next phase will be to reduce the CPU voltage even more with the program.
Has anyone sucessfully achieved this with good results? Do the Pentium M's have a lot of leeway with regards to the operating voltage?
