before you say anything, i know there is an option to disable the restart on system failure but we've tried that and it does it's job but goes to a blue screen.
my girlfriend's had this laptop for less than 48 hours now and it's already screwed. when it boots up to the desktop it'll act normally for around 20 seconds and then it'll restart again (and repeat).
tried to start up in safe mode but that doesn't work. it'll get to a certain point in the boot and then freeze.
seems to be a problem with a .sys file.
any way you guys can help a boyfriend help his girlfriend?
