Hi guys!
I've a "tiny" problem with my laptop. It's Toshiba SA 40-241 running on a 2.7 GHz Celeron. For some time now it was running slow. I assumed 256 MB RAM must've been the issue and bought more. While the upgrade (now 1 GHz RAM) did help for a while, the speed issue returned. I looked for possible reasons and something seems to be wrong with the CPU. Even the simplest actions, like scrolling down a page, make CPU usage jump from 3% to 20-40% (now imagine what happens when I try to play something). For some reason Celeron acts unstable - any ideas on what might be causing this?
