Do the USB power a phone (charging?).

What laptop is it/how old etc etc.

Is the top drive (SATA 500GB Seagate) where Windows is installed?

Was your friend in the BIOS options prior to it going like this? is there a FN key that disables the keyboard?

No phone, it's not exactly new, but not many problems until now really. Windows is installed on the top drive, and he was not on BIOS beforehand

Yes, but it doesn't work
