Laptop Processors

Sorry if this doesnt belong here, as its a laptop cpu query

Anyone know if theres a speed difference between .....

AMD Turion 64 X2 1.6Ghz
Intel Core 2 Duo 1.67Ghz

Desktop speeds tell me theres a big difference, also do the mobile ones have the same overclockability like the desktop ones do....

£80 more on the intel over the amd, both acers with same spec on everything else
