Laptop question

dunno if this is the right place to post but here goes.

Sony VAIO FE41E T5500 120GB Vista Home Premium

good or bad for £769.

im asking this on behalf of a friend since im not really into laptops (hate them

)

and also can anyone recommend a decent laptop for under £800.

will be used for general surfing and RTS games such as CnC3 when its out.

What gfx chip is it using? that would be the main factor in deciding how well CnC3 will run. The Cpu is good tho

Doesn't look too great I'm afraid....Capable of running games tho just don't expect high quality/resolution. I would continue to shop around....

Sony laptops are usually overpriced, compared to other lesser known laptops. You're paying for the name.

After extensive research, I've decided to go for the Toshiba Satellite Pro A100. Great spec, great price, and will happily play most games.
