I have put a load of stuff up on eBay recently for my Laptop fund and need to know what is the 'best' out there at the moment.
I suspect i am going to be looking at something around the £500 mark and my intention is to use it for recording my music with. I have an effects unit so all the processing will be done externally - all it needs is a usb port. I will be using Reaper software for recording with.
Needs a decent size harddisk, not going to be gaming with it but will be watching the odd movie.
I would also need a decent webcam.
As much RAM as possible i guess
Win 7 also
Was thinking along the mac route but the cost is too much for me at the mo
Any ideas?
