Hey chaps,
My mothers laptop runs Lubuntu,Cant remember what version but its not that old.
Anyway this has happened before,i got a black screen of text and it wouldn't boot to desktop,so i formatted and re-installed. (not knowing what to do otherwise) and the laptop then booted fine.
Then maybe a month later the same things happens again,Id like to find out why it keeps doing this.
Here is a (bad screenshot).
I asked her if she had accidentally knocked out the power lead why it was on and she said yeah maybe,So im unsure if its just sudden power loss related but even so why is it unable to recover?
Its a Core 2 Duo,Upgraded from a Single core celeron a long time ago.
2GB of ram
60GB OCZ SSD
