Laptop Repair

Hey im not sure if this is the right place for this thread, if it's not someone please move it.

Basically i trod on my girlfriends laptop and the screen is busted, I need a replacement doe's anyone know any good laptop repair places online?

Went to my local place and they wanted £200 minmum to fix it :/ The laptop cost £500 brand new so nearly half for a screen is a bit ridiculous if you ask me.

Google is your friend. Seems to be quite a few companies who do laptop repairs based in the UK.

What make of laptop is it?

I have googled, just wanted to know if anyone has an opinion as to a decent one. I can find many but I am not to know if they are good companies to deal with.

It's an Asus A3000, If i could find the model of the screen might be cheaper to fit it myself.
