laptop screen cleaning

Just wondering what i should use to clean the screen on my Gateway-8550GB laptop, is it wise to use proper screen cleaning stuff or do you use other stuff on it. Its a big screen so i dont want to damage it

This should be in Monitors, or General Hardware, but anyho..

I normally use a soft cloth on my LCD. If it's actually dirty, I use some spray and clean it. Just don't put too much presure on the screen. (Obviously) and give it a wipe.

you will be ok with just a damp cloth, if you dont have any special screen cleaner.
