i need help on with my laptop screen, i dropped the laptop last night but it worked untill i shut the screen down ever since then the screen have just been black, now i thought this is becuase the screen thought the lid was still down or something but it isnt anyways there is power getting to the screen as when u shut the power off u can see the black go to grey if that makes since and i dont have any way of externally testing the anything tonight so i ask you what could be wrong i need this laptop ideally for 2moz and it is an m11x alienware

If youre happy to, try unscrewing the casing, it may be as simple as the cable from main part to screen has come loose and needs refastening
