Hi,
My laptop shows white lines on the screen. These lines are most visible in the centre and side parts of the screen. The upper part of the screen is slightly flashing but this is minimal. These lines appear in Windows and BIOS, they are visible all the time once the laptop starts. They are more visible on the darker background. Also, the colours are not displayed properly, they have wrong hue and tone in some parts of the screen. Please see the pictures of the screen attached:

I thought it could be faulty dedicated graphic card so I turned it off (Device Manager->Display adapters->my graphic card->Disable) but the white lines were still there.
When I connected the laptop to an external screen, these lines were not shown. They only appear on the laptop screen.
What could it be? Faulty screen, graphic card or something else?
Thanks for help.
Martin
