Laptop screen problems

I have a Dell Ispiron 94000 , i have notice 3 green dots on the screen , can this be fixed , dell have told me that they will replace screen foc if i want to

Your advice would be great

thanks , they are not flashing , does this mean they are dead ? or this problem i can fix my self ?

might leave it running all night , see what happends , dell did say they would replace screen foc , but i would miss my laptop if it had to go away

i have put the pixel fixer over the 3 green dots , fingers crossed
