So I have a problem with my laptop slowing down/crashing when using any of my installed Web Browsers (Chrome and IE).
With Chrome it often crashes and becomes unresponsive leading to me having to close Chrome. However sometimes when I go to re-open Chrome it point black refuses to open.
I recently tried IE and this also suffered a crash however I have not experienced the issue that Chrome has with not re-opening again.
These crashes often occur when I have a YouTube tab open playing a video or Netflix and another few tabs.
So my question is would a RAM upgrade help fix the situation?
My laptop: Lenovo G580 (Windows 8.1 64-bit)
i3 2.2GHz
Intel HD 4000
4GB RAM
1TB HDD (5400 RPM)
