Laptop Spares?

Hi all, my little MSI (MS-14A1) is having fan issues.

Both the CPU and GPU fans just seem to grind, once that starts the laptop has a meltdown and won't work. Feel reluctant to buy another one as I don't really need to but would be keen to get it fixed i.e. fix it myself.

We use laptop bits for all lappy spares, they even manage to get parts for older (8yr old) laptops for us.
