Hi chaps, what do you think of this spec for an insurance replacement laptop?

Dell Inspiron 9400
Intel® Core™ 2 Duo Processor T7200 (2.0 GHz, 4 MB L2 cache, 667 MHz
17" UltraSharp™ Wide Screen WUXGA (1920x1200) TFT Display with TrueLife™
2048MB 533MHz Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM (2x1024)
160GB (5,400 rpm) Sata Hard Drive
Fixed Internal 8X DVD+/-RW Drive
256MB DDR3 nVidia® GeForce™ Go 7900 graphics card
9 Cell, 80Whr Lithium Ion Primary Battery
Dell Wireless 350 Bluetooth 2.0 Module

Is it worth getting the 667MHz Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM? I am guessing it is about an extra tenner, much performance gain there?

How much is that laptop worth? Its a highly decent spec including a great graphics card for a laptop.

Definitley worth a tenner getting the faster RAM!

Yes it is worth it, as i have got one, definatley worth the money, although mine never gets used, gonna sell it me thinks

Erm, it was an old 2Ghz Inspiron 8500 that expired last week. They would replace it with a low spec core 2 duo Inspiron 6400 which is worth ~£500 but I can get the above spec one for an upgrade fee of £375+ VAT.
