Got a weird one, hoping someone can point me in right direction here cos dont know where to start looking for the problem.
Got a user brought his daughters laptop into work. When she connects her laptop to wifi at home she has intermittent problems connecting to the internet, it will connect fine sometimes but others it wont... however, as soon as her laptop is connected to wifi everyone else in the household can't access the internet at all. When she disconnect's her laptop, everyone can connect fine. Dont think this is a router problem as apparently its even doing this when she goes to uni... when she tries connecting to their wifi no one else can connect lol
I dont have a wireless network at work & have no idea how to start to troubleshoot this, can anyone give me an idea as to possible cause?
