Hi guys,
So I got a new laptop a couple of months ago (ASUS UX330U) and its been great till now (in fairness I've not used it much!)
Its exam season and I've been in the library connected to the uni network and the laptop is pretty much there to play music whilst I read/revise.
I tend to put on long 2hr mix videos on youtube but noticed, without fail, that the video will stop playing after a while ~10mins in. If I refresh the page in the Chrome the video won't restart. It is not the uni network as these videos work fine on my mobile and all other webpages connect/load instantly on my laptop.
My initial thoughts were either something like Flash (but then why would it take so long to crash rather than instantly) or some kind of power saving feature where a stream is stopped if the laptop is 'inactive' or something?
Any ideas or recommendations are appreciated.
Kind regards,
Alex
