Looking for a laptop, few requirements, can be new or old.

Must be under $700 (~£500)
Have an interchangeable battery for continuous work
Have a very bright, high resolution crisp screen, 13" max (aspect res does not matter)
Fully compatible with Windows 7 out of the box, no messing to get it to work (No Ryzen)
DVD Drive

If you can expand the screen to a 15inch and happy with windows 10 - heres what i found on a well known auction site:
