Laptop\Tablet for xbmc and video

Heya, my brother is after a laptop or tablet (with HDMI out) to watch xbmc\videos on his LED TV

I recommended him an Amazon fire stick but it does not meet his needs for browsing and uploading photos from his camera. So he is after either a laptop or tablet with HDMI out for this.

Any recommendations? Budget is 200, less would be great, more is possible but not much.

I recommend Linx 10 tablet with Windows 8.1 cost £159. My sister and I both have it, Linx 10 tablet has own charging port, 1 USB 3.0 port, Mini HDMI port, headphone port and MicroSD port. Fantastic tablet that can do everything else like upload photos from my phone, watched Blu-ray movies from external Blu-ray drive, videos/photos from MicroSD, USB stick and external hard drive. My sister watched Netflix on her LEDTV connected by HDMI from tablet.

I have a few friends here in the office that highly rate the Linx tablet. I myself am also looking at getting one for exactly that purpose. I work 12 hrs night shifts so having XBMC to keep me entertained is a big plus.
