Laptop - Thermal Paste/Pads

Hi, am giving my laptop a new CPU and in the proses will need new Thermal Paste/Pads what is the best to use on a laptop.

i only ask as to re-apply is a full strip down so i need to know i have the right stuff on first time.

I have used as5 etc in the past,but some of the heatsinks use a sticky type pad,be care full not to rip these unless you have replacements
ocuk sell some `pads` as well

but `may` not be thick enough for the graphic chip
only thing I can suggest is open up lappy to see what you need,then order it up
