Ok, so I have a 2021 A15 ASUS tuf gaming.

Im aware not many are fans of ASUS, but ive heard mixed things about their application and types of thermal pastes used.

Basically even though I'm in warranty I'm realllly tempted to repaste with better stuff. I've not redone a laptop of this calibre before so I was wondering what I should use in it? That and do they have pads?

Before anyone says google or youtube, I can't find a vid where anyone removes the heatsinks to check in that stuff.

I saw this:
**No Competitors, please re-read the rules**

In a paste thread for laptops, but I've never heard of this one before.

I get the competitor thing, but I have only seen that paste in a few places and random lists, i was merely seeking an opinion on that stuff.

Firstly is it getting too hot ?

Secondly don't buy that stuff, looks like a scam. 15wmk would make it the best non metal paste In the world.........

Yeah, I was unsure about the legitimacy of it, hence asking. GPU can sometimes hit 80c and the CPU can hit 90c. It might be acceptable levels, but if a repaste could get some improvements it's worth it.

You could try repasting with liquid metal but obviously you need to be careful doing this.

Not really a fan, I know it is amazing and all, but you end up having to make failsafe areas and it will eat into the heatsink too. Just makes me uncomfortable.
