Hi, im currently looking at something to help stop my asus g75v overheating when using in bed (which lazily i do a lot when editing photos). As you can guess its only overheating because the duvet is restricting airflow.I can only seem to find fancy ones with fans etc that are fairy weighty and this asus isnt exactly a lightweight to begin with... or looking like they arent designed for use in bed

In frustration i keep thinking of going out and making my own out of some cheap mdf, or medium/thick ply wood etc

I just need something thats light and will just need to act a base to make it sit like its on a desk (if that makes sence)

Any pointers would be great :D

just google laptop cooler and you should be able to get a multitude of choices. Coolermaster ones are great as I have one of those. If you do not need fans then check out ikea as you can get one for a fiver
