Laptop under 200 pound

Hi there just a quick one, I need a laptop for my wife to use (browsing Web/blog/uni work and videos) bought her a Asus x102ba and it's not just good at all! It's brand new and is slow on scrolling, stuttering on videos (sound and picture).I just think it's ridiculous there are products out there that don't even do the very basics, I am open to ideas would I be more suited to a chromebook.

Most laptops at that bracket wont be good. I think you need to spend at least £399.

Second hand Dell Latitude E series e.g. E4310. All come with I3 or I5 processors so performance is good, and are a better buy than anything new for £200.
