Only change is it runs xp pro rather than xp home. Problem is it seems really slow even after fresh installs. Have used other laptops with 1.4ghz pentium 4m and they seem much faster but they all have 512mb ram rather than 256mb. Would an extra stick make much difference or can anyone else see anything else that could be causing the problem?
