Laptop upgrade

Got a toshiba satellite pro m50.

Wondering if its possible to up the processor as it only has a celeron M atm...

Its got 512mb RAM atm...want to upgrade to a gig.....

And get a 40gb HDD to replace my 80gb....

OR...would it be more worth it to get a new laptop?

cpus are *usually* non-upgradeable on a laptop.

You can do it on some of them....

If not someone spec me a laptop.....
