Laptop, User name problem, need quick help

the Admin user has been deleted or remove off our laptop, we havnt got a xp disk to restore, and we havnt got the privelages to system restore to a earlier date, we cannot do anything, all we have is guest

what the heck am i suposed to do

You can't delete the XP built in Administrator account.

You can also press CTRL, ALT, DEL twice on the login screen and it will bring up a new dialog box to input Administrator, no password. That should let you get into the system to create a new user. If not safe mode. F8 just before XP loads.
