Hi

A few week ago i upgraded my broadband and got a new router out of it (Talktalk's FTTC route I believe) anyway speeds are great and connectivity is excellent, whereas my old router (Netgear DG82-something-something) would see it dropping my phone and tablet off-line constantly this one has been great.

Unfortunately my windows 7 laptop seems to frequently loose the connection, the WIfi network is a hidden one, although I haven't experienced anything similar with my other devices (wired PC works like a charm). I tried to see if it was a signal strength issue however even with the 5GHz turned off both the tablet and the phone worked fine sat in the same room next to the laptop.

Anyone got any ideas on why this is happening?

Thanks in advance.

Is it an Intel wireless card? We've got loads of issues in work (over 100 laptops with 7260N/AC cards) with certain cards dropping to a limited connection. Having to get Intel in to discuss with Lenovo.
