Laptop with TB3

Looking to replace my XPS12 with another laptop as I need something with a more powerful CPU for the next 8 months. As I have been using the XPS12 for the occasional game with an eGPU the replacement laptop must have TB3 compatibility. Looked at XPS 13 and XPS 15 which should do the job but wouldn't mind a Latitude or a laptop from another manufacturer. Any Lenovo, HP ones?

What kind budget you had in mind, what are the size requirements and would you like convertability?
Thunderbolt is basically standard feature in higher end Thinkpads.

Up to 14inch touchscreen.

The T480 seems like a candidate. Any HP users to comment about noise levels if they have an HP with TB3?
