Hey im looking at a laptop for a friend in which it wont connect to their router. Another laptop in their house will connect to their router through wireless but not this one. I took it home and it connected to my router fine.
When they try to connect and type in the router password it say windows cannot connect.
I have scanned for viruses and theres none.
Its strange that it connects fine to my router at home and that they can connect there other laptop to there network but not this laptop
Any suggestions folks???
