Looking at buying some new laptops for my company. Currently, we use Dell, but every order I have to end up wasting couple of hours sorting the specs and prices.

I'm looking at moving away and finding a new supplier. Our current spec laptops are Celeron M's with one T2300E. Been looking at some Toshiba and HP ones but unsure which would be best to go for. I've seen a Toshiba T2300E for around the £360 mark but then I've also been quoted an HP Celeron M 1.73 for £519.

Can I have some advice please

For about £500 you can get some great laptops with core2duo processors, so one with a celeron M would not be worth it for that price. I don't know much about laptops unfortunately (but others do :)) but Acer do decent laptops as I used to use one when I was on placement last year. Asus are also good.

Celeron are pretty much the lowest (Very sluggish) of the CPU's available try to avoid it unless you are just using it for browsing the web.
